    Wonderful, Useful Information
    I sure wish I had this book years ago before I started menopause. It would have made a world of difference! But at least I can still learn and use the tips to make my life wonderful again. The book covers many topics, such as what is menopause, how does it affect hormones, how to use herbs/aromatherapy to help with troubled sleep, and much more. Since I suffer from not sleeping due to menopause symptoms, this section was especially helpful for me. So if you or someone you know is beginning to suffer from menopause, I would highly recommend this book.
