Great superfood greens gummies — easy, tasty, and convenient
This is our second order of the Grunts Superfoods Greens Gummies and we’re still big fans. They’re incredibly easy to take — you can toss a couple in your bag when you’re running out the door or pack them for travel without any hassle. The taste is surprisingly good , and they don’t feel like you’re taking a vitamin at all.They’re sourced from real fruits and vegetables and are packed with the good stuff — vitamins, minerals, fiber — plus gut-health prebiotics, which is a huge plus for me as I get older. Good tasting, worth a try
We heard about Gruns online and decided to give them a try and so far are happy with them. They taste great and have found that they do seem to support a good baseline gut balance and energy level. Not sure the volume of gummies is long term sustainable in terms of sugars, but still prefer a normal low sugar option over any sugar free, and will continue to try them another month to test value and see if they do make a difference in daily health.

Gruns Gummies: Greats and Gripes
First and foremost, these little green guys are a decent way to regulate gut health and to foster productivity in your ever popular “morning constitutional”. At that, the definitely excel. You’ll have to be regular, (heh…) about taking them before you start to see much benefit, but once you have for a week or two you’ll definitely notice a difference. Especially important for us T2Ds on good ol’ “Vitamin O”. Ozempic can, ahem, *impede progress* and these guys definitely help with that. And, sure, the vitamins and minerals are helpful too, especially if you’re day-to-day diet is curtailed by your lifestyle/health. We could all use more fiber and vitamins.Speaking of T2D, I’ve tried a whole bunch of sugar free candies. Even though these aren’t exactly something you’d want to bring a bag of to the movies they definitely have the best texture of any sugar free gummy-based *thing* I’ve tried. No problem with the texture. The taste is, well, acquired. It’s certainly not bad, or even unpleasant. It’s just not what your grade school brain taught you to expect from a gummy. It’s definitely on the grown up side. Good enough not to dread taking them, but also not something I crave. Sweet enough, but not too sweet.(Am I damning with faint praise? Nah. They’re decent. Just know what you’re getting).I’d imagine if you have trouble swallowing pills they’d be an excellent alternative to a multivitamin, too. Speaking of pills: Sure, compared to a big ol’ warehouse-store-sized barrel o’ multivitamins these are a wee bit spendy. You can get the same nutrients for less in about a dozen other ways. What you’re paying for, (and what they’re delivering, IMO) in convenience. It’s a lot easier to throw a handful of these in my backpack than it is to pack all the fruit/veggies/vitamins separately, especially for travel. If you take all of that into account they’re, honestly, an easier sell. And the fact that they’re individually wrapped is a huge plus in both the convenience and freshness categories.TL;DR: They taste decent and they do most of what they say, but they’re not cheap. TASTE SO GOOD
These Super Greens Gummies taste surprisingly good and are easy to take every day. I feel more energized and less bloated since starting them. Love that they pack in vitamins, spirulina, and prebiotics all in one.

Its a treat to eat!
Let me start off saying these taste delicious for how many plants are mixed into these little guys. Right after consuming the first pack I immediately felt a mood boost, energy boost and my stomach felt comfortable inside. Aside from the very expensive price rate.. these really are quality crafted from what I can tell! Depending on how long they last and what they do for my health i may get more.

Great product but pricey and some quality control issues
I cancelled subscription. I loved them when I got them from Gruns but wanted to save their high shipping fees so switched to Amazon. The first mistake once was mine. I could have sworn I’d gotten sugar free when I noticed Amazon subscription said low sugar. Nope, once I switched to sugar free I only had a couple of packets. Too bitter! I loved the low sugar version after all. Switched it back to low sugar but the next bag had quality problems bad. The gummies were very oily and gross. I’d never had greasy oily ones before but those were awful. I only used one packet. Way too expensive for issues so I cancelled. When I got direct from Gruns it went well but $10 for shipping (believe that’s what it was) made them unaffordable.

Inconsistent Quality
The smaller package we received on Sept 22nd was much better than this larger bag from Sept 28th. The first batch was flavorful and moist (would be 5 stars). They squish and bounce as a gummy should. The packets in this new bag have much drier gummies – the sugars seem to have crystallized and the taste isn’t great. They don’t squish and make an audible tapping sound on the counter instead of a silent bounce. Squishy is tastier. Second batch not worth the price. Hoping it’s just a bad batch.
