I’ve tried multiple different Magnesium supplements over the last few years with various results but never anything really life changing. I suffer from chronic insomnia and even if I fall asleep, I wake up throughout the night. UNTIL NOW. These magnesium gummies are amazing and LEGIT. They WORK. For the first time I sleep through the entire night. No tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling. A sleep a FULL NIGHT through. Life changing for me.The only negatives I can write are they are very dense gummies and do stick to your teeth. the peach flavor is fine but not super yummy like candy so don’t expect that. It’s totally fine tasting though.Bottom line these are the best magnesium supplements I’ve taken that actually really work for me.

The seal was open when I first opened it. I was afraid to ingest them in case they were tampered with. They smelled awful. I was told I could not return them, but my account would be credited. Fair! I tossed them and bought a fresh bottle directly from Whole Foods market near my home.Five stars for The Replacements! They were sealed correctly (had customer service open the bottle in front of me as protection against the seal being open, it was intact!) They have been beneficial to my health and well being. My sleep is deeper and waking during the night, go right back to deep sleep. They have also gently supported digestion. Win!
