These flat little sponges puff up into a nice, fluffy “wash cloth” for your face
These sponges are exactly the same as those used by esthetician uses, albeit, they are not as thick as hers. They do arrive very flat, but quickly plump up when in water. My esthetician uses new sponges for each client; however, she suggested a quick cleaning after each use should suffice for me to use them more than. They clean easily with hot water which washes away the cleaning balm and soap I use for my face. There is a small amount of residue after cleaning, but hot water and a dab of hand soap clears it up. The only thing I wish was different is that they would be fluffier, but it would probably interfere with their ability for exfoliation.
