Great product
I have used this mat for nearly 2 years and I love it. It stays put and absorbs swear without adding extra heat. I wash it regularly and it had held up perfectly

Works perfect if you tend to sweat in your palms or feet!
There are lots of mixed reviews on this product about it being slippery or not, but everybody is right! If you start using this and you have dry hands or feet, it will defintely feel slippery. It has this soft material like any other microfiber would feel. However, the second that you start to have a little sweat/moisture in the palms or feet, you will stick like glue. I love this mat because I get really sweaty hands during downward dog and sweaty feet during a wide-legged forward bend, and this keeps me glued in place. I also tend to get warm and sweat more than the average person possibly, so if you don’t get sweaty until later on in a flow, give it a spritz with some water and you’ll be good to go. Haven’t washed it yet, and also be aware that it has a slightly chemically smell right outta the box, so hang it up to let it air out (mine smells like nothing now). The grippy material on the bottom keeps it from slipping off my mat as well, but I also have a gaiam mat, so that might help with that. Anyways, works great for vinyasa, and I assume it would be perfect for hot yoga since it works better with a little sweat.

Good for my mat so I do not slip, but after a few times of use it is staining my mat. It is great to catch sweat and it is a great price but not sure about the staining. It fits my gaiam mat perfectly

Great towel
I spent a lot of time trying to figure out which yoga towel to buy, finally I ended up buying this one because it was one of the cheaper choices.I’ve rented the yoga towels at the studio, but this one is better. It has very nice anti slip material, fit my yoga mat perfectly, absorbed all my sweat, mat didn’t slip at all, and it was better than I would have imagined a yoga towel to be. I had no issues machine watching it, and when I hung dried it only took about 2 hours to dry.

My best performing yoga towel! Just have to be careful using on top of a softer, sticky mat during hot yoga. The purple bottom layer can adhere and you’ll have to peel it off

Too small and not the quality I needed
I ordered this yoga towel after reading the reviews but returned it because it didn’t fully cover my mat and wasn’t the quality I was expecting. According to the product measurements and description it should have fully covered my mat. It was neither long enough nor wide enough to cover a standard sized mat. I have a standard-sized Lulu Lemon mat. I could also see through the material so I knew it wouldn’t hold up for every other day use and several washes a week.

Mediocre Performance – easy Mods would make this better
Going on 4th year practicing yoga/hot yoga. This towel is made from two layers that are not connected to each other anywhere except around the edges. As such, the two layers (the top absorbent layer and the bottom sticky layer) have a tendency to separate from each other during class. It does the job, but I find myself being very deliberate about DFDog and other poses to make sure I don’t move the mat too much.I use a Manduka mat and the material on this towel seems to adhere to that mat fairly well. Now if only the top plush layer would stay put. If they sew in a few key spots around the towel near the foot area and toward the top where hands spend their time that would dramatically improve the performance of this towel. I bet they do that with the next version or so.Cons: abovePros: priceYou get what you pay for.

I’m not sure how to rate this. I bought two and one is perfect!!! Love it but the second one doesn’t sit properly. I think the fabric is supposed to be adhered to the sticky side…. So that it is one piece. But the second towel doesn’t appear to be adhered. So the fabric side is loose and moves around. You can see in the photos how lose the one is compared to the other.
