Best food – macro tracker! Only down side, no calorie column… easy fix- pick a column you’re not concerned with and mark it calories!!!! Love the ‘today I intend to’ goal section- it’s in your face all day long!

The only thing it’s missing is a better way to mark fluid ounces. I just had bariatric surgery had that would’ve been helpful. I just write it in. I love it. It’s working great for me.

Tracks almost every food related thing you could want
As far as quality, this is a great food journal. It’s small enough to fit in a purse or gym bag and it’s made out of sturdy materials including a plastic cover to protect against food spills. The cardboard backing is stiff enough to write on without needing a hard surface or clipboard. All the pages are double sided and the colors are cheerful and easy to follow visually. This is a great tracker if you’re monitoring your macros and I love that it includes a column to log when you ate each food item. At 50 double sided pages, there’s a little over three months worth of tracking in this book. For those of us who don’t want to log our foods digitally, this is a great option.The only thing I would change or add is a second plastic cover, this time for the back and water tracking that’s more than a box for cumulative logging.

Perfect weight loss journal!My watch is cool with tracking, don’t get me wrong🙂 Sometimes it helps with reality checks to actually see what you’re eating throughout the day! It’s brightly colored and that helps to keep your mood up!It helps you organize and plan your day if meals have to be altered a bit! I love this! I’m about to purchase two for my sisters! We’re on a journey to improve our health together!

Great concept, poor execution/quality
This review is for a weight loss journal tablet. It has nice pages and has important areas of focus to track and monitor. It has back to back pages, which is nice so they stay together tablet isn’t too thick, especially if you are traveling with it or want to stick it in your purse on the go. The reason I gave it 3 stars is for the quality of the binding. I don’t know if it happened in shipping or if it was made like this, but the binding isn’t circular all the way through so you can’t open the pages fluidly nor keep them open comfortably. The pages want to rip off because the binding is so bad. This would be a great, handy little journal if it were to function properly.
