    I love the pink that it comes in. Super detailed paged to help track my calories and exercise. Easy to set goals and have plenty of space for notes. Nice waterproof covers and lightweight, small to keep in a gym bag or purse. Definitely worth the money for someone like me who struggles without a visual aid.

    Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this fitness journal opposed to other journals because I found that it was easier to keep everything organized in one document. The fitness journal is great for logging calories and macros. Layout:The layout is fairly easy to read. I think it is beginner friendly if you’re someone who is just starting your fitness journey like me. Each page is detailed and tailored to your specific caloric needs. I can keep track of my day-to-day food choices, and learn overtime how to make better eating habits. Calorie count is something that is not always easy to do but with this tool, I find that I take my time with it and actually make sure my measurements are precise.
