Great watch without having to charge daily
About 5 days battery life, less if you use it for text, phone calls, alarms, and notifications. I keep time face off. Time on by touch button only. With sleep mode on. I recommend device. It’s reliable and easy to read. Waterproof ( shower only) yet I not tried it in a pool nor river. It not a super fast charger but it lasts a long time with charge. The watch face did get a scratch after a week. I do use it for work and every day use. I take it off only to charge it. The Fitbit app is very nice. I don’t use all the features it has. It comes with a six months premium service. Over all I would recommend the watch.

Finally, a watch I’ll wear every day
I am not the kind of person that wanted a wristwatch, let alone a smart watch. I don’t need that level of connectivity, and I have the unfortunate tendency to destroy nicer watches because of clumsiness and absent-mindedness. But, I do enjoy working out. I love having data when I want to see it. And, importantly, I work in a profession where I would benefit from having a wrist watch to check the time. It’s with that mindset that I finally caved and purchased the Fitbit Charge a few years ago. I liked it, but it crashed a bunch of times and eventually refused to reboot. So, I started looking for alternatives. I found the Versa but resisted, as I really don’t want or need most smart watch features. Then Black Friday sales came along and I took the plunge. I am glad I did.The watch is durable, easy to use, fits well, and does all of the things I want it to do. I mostly use it to track steps, heartrate, workouts, check the weather, and set timers at work. It does not have a catchy or flashy look, which I am more than fine with. My biggest concerns are whether or not the screen can take a hit (it does) and if I’ll fry the darn thing when I inevitably forget I’m wearing it while showering or swimming (it’s waterproof).I don’t use a lot of the features on this thing. I tried syncing with my Google Wallet, but I find it way easier to just use my phone or wallet — two things I am very reluctant to travel without. My phone is on silent most days, so I guess it’s nice to get alerts when I’ve missed a call, but I really don’t pay much attention to it. I’ve never bothered with the advanced features for health monitoring, though I guess for a person experiencing health difficulties or someone wildly focused on wellness would find the features useful. The Fitbit app is a nice bonus, and the premium features include some solid workouts and tools for holding yourself accountable to fitness goals. I’ve dabbled with these when really focused on personal goals, and seen the usual mixed results of someone who will only somewhat commit themselves to diet and workout goals. Still, nice to have.In a world where most smart watches are double the price for a slew of features I don’t want or need, this is an excellent product.

Love my Versa 4!
This is actually my second Versa 4! I love it! My only complaint is that I can’t get the phone calls on the watch to work. I couldn’t get them to work on the first one either. It could be user error, but I don’t think so. It has all the amenities I need. It tracks my steps, heart rate, sleep (including how many times I wake up and my heart rate during sleeping), my heart rate, exercise, it has apps like weather and a mobile wallet. It uses GPS so you can track your runs or rides. It’s a great watch. I only have to charge it about every five days.

Easy to use easy to connect to phone and other fitness apps has own app to download
This watch was to replace the exact same watch that was destroyed because I was dumb enough to try an expensive cheap brand. This watch had a few glitches and needed to be re booted a few times but works perfectly now. Size is great looks cool. It is waterproof if you put it in swimming mode. It is water resistant otherwise. I do remove it for washing dishes and taking showers as per the instructions

Worked a little, then it didn’t…………
This is a warning to anyone who is considering purchasing this Fitbit model now – November 2024. DON’T DO IT! I bought this in April of 2023. When I got it, it seemed to be working fine. However, as the months have gone on – and as Google is slowly eliminating Fitbit altogether – my Versa 4 has started to malfunction more and more. Not only that, but the Fitbit app – for $10 per month – is no longer what it was at one point. Google is slowly taking away features of the app – and the watch itself. This company now, owned by Google, is being eliminated – do not waste your money. Go with an Apple Watch – or better yet, Garmin.Since my purchase of this watch, I’ve noticed a ton of odd incidents with it. First off, the GPS no longer works – so it doesn’t track mileage, or speed or any of those types of things on runs, walks, hikes, bike rides, none of them. The sleep tracker is awful – and has always been awful. It can’t tell when I’m asleep or awake. The heart rate data is wrong much of the time – showing higher heart rates than reality, especially if it is wet with sweat, pool water or the shower. My heart rate could be 70 – but the Fitbit is showing that it’s 150. That is a daily occurrence. When I measure the “stats” with my Strava app on my iPhone, the Fitbit is always off…..sometimes by large amounts. The app features are slowly being changed and diminished as well – so it’s not as useful as it was at one point in time. And, bugs – I’ve noticed lately that my Fitbit won’t turn on sometimes. It just stops working. The wrist movement to turn the face of the watch on – that broke in the first month. Hasn’t worked since. And as much as I want to like Active Zone Minutes, it’s just not accurate. My heart rate will be 70, but my Fitbit will show 140 in the shower or sitting in the pool……so I’ll get Active Zone Minutes for those “activities”. LOLAnd one of the most frustrating parts for me is Google’s elimination of Strava uploads from their Fitbits. When I bought it, Google allowed automatic uploads to Strava to see your rides, runs, walks, hikes, workouts, etc. Within a month after purchase of my Fitbit, Google eliminated that feature – and you can’t even manually upload activities from a file…..it just shows it being empty. Fitbit covered for them by saying something must be wrong – but I found out through Google that they shut that feature down in order to drive Google Pixel sales(which don’t work with iPhones, apparently).Today, Fitbit is ridiculous. It should be gone heading into 2025…..after Christmas sales. Do yourself a favor – spend the extra money on an Apple Watch or better, a Garmin. Garmin has every feature you could need or want – and then some. Yes, it cost more – but they work too! And Garmin isn’t shutting down – that’s why they’re making the products they do. More accurate, more features, auto uploads to Strava, plus advanced features for fitness and training. All you could want or need. Even an Apple Watch has WAY more features than a Fitbit. Treat yourself right – and get one of those two instead.

Great watch, minor inconveniences
These watches are great. Not perfect and wish the display and sleep part worked a little smoothed. The band can snag your skin a little – best to keep it a bit loose which make it less accurate probably but other than that love the watch.

Absolutely loved the watch! Fitbit pay works perfectly for public transportation and most merchant stores. Tracks sleep and steps well too so far. No offline music support was not an issue for me as I don’t listen to music usually. Have not tried answering phone calls. Also realised no notifications on my watch for messages but will try to set it again. Overall, very worth it as I got Versa 4 at same price as Versa 3.
