Too heavy and annoying to be useful
I want a cooling eye mask that covers my entire eye area and softly massages. This is apparently impossible to find. This is the third eye mask I’ve purchased and it just doesn’t get the job done. The warming/cooling eye plates are nice but not large enough. The massager just pulses in annoying random patterns, most of the massager knobs don’t even touch your face and there’s no way to adjust them. It’s a very strange design. The mask is so heavy it sits uncomfortably on the nose leaving marks. I had to hold it on place to keep from sliding down my nose. I had a few of my friends try it and they didn’t like it either. It’s a great concept but horrible execution. Sadly, I don’t recommend this product. I guess I’m back to using my freezer eye mask.

Great product
The product works well and is very relaxing. I find the heated feature very helpful for eye strain. The cold feature works well, but I find a cold pack works better. The product is a bit tight even when the straps are fully extended but that could be a product of head size.😄
