Very very good
I have tried all ZMAs on the market. This one works very well. So well i tried going a few nights without it. I can always fall asleep never had issues with sleeping. But when i wake up without taking ZMA, even though i have been in a deep sleep, its hard to wake up and gain strength (it takes a while) When i take ZMA, i wake up very ready and most important i feel like i am rested and i feel strong as well. I havent had any negative side effects taking this and its very easy to take.

Sleep Way Better
I bought this for workout recovery but noticed it was a superior sleep aid. I am so well rested now and sleep great and long. I don’t get tired but when I sleep the quality is so good. I have since purchased and do take L Theanine through out the day but this combination i Z Matrix works better than L-Theanine alone. I did add a 2mg copper supplement to balance the Zinc which would be nice if they added that, All in all this is the only supplement keep reordering!

Z-Matrix definitely helped with my sleep and recovery. Also seemed to boost my T levels as attested to when waking up with wood, if you know what I mean. The only critique I have is that it requires you to take 4 soft gels. They are thin and easy to swallow, but I usually take all 4 at once. With enough water it’s not a problem, but gel caps can some times feel like they’re stuck going down if I don’t have enough water to chase them down with and lie flat right after taking. When I take with enough water and don’t lie down right after there’s no problem.I definitely recommend.

Didn’t know my sleep could get even better!
I tend to hit a lot of caffeine during the day. I never had trouble with sleep but when I added this—my sleep improved quite a bit. I sleep deeper and don’t wake up during the night. I haven’t noticed any grogginess in the morning.Great stuff—I have purchased 3 times now and I will continue.

I have been using this for over a year (first started January 2024) and my sleep has definitely been positively affected. the combo of Zinc, Magnesium and vitamins B and D work well together. Little to no flavour and easy to swallow! great product and I re-order often. Highly Recommended

I have a problem of getting to sleep,I’ve tried many combinations of over the counter pills.I have been using as directed for two weeks now and my sleep diary is 70% improvement that is amazing. My sleep data has also been compared to previous months. For me I now get a single block of sleep for 4hours. As compared to 1.38h average, Wow great for me, not laying awake for hours waiting for my sleep train to arrive, I wait at the platform and 10min later I’m in a deep sleep.I don’t even hear my partner. Excellent product for me.

Z-MATRIX where do I start with this product. I have been taking this product for about 4 months now and I have had amazing results. My sleep is constant and deep and I wake up feeling rested without that groggy morning feeling that most wake up with. My recovery has been greatly affected by this product especially in regards to soreness as I am not feeling sore or having any sort of symptoms of doms or delayed onset muscle soreness. Which let’s me work harder on every workout. So far I’ve lost 40lbs and I’m stronger than ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this product and I look forward to trying out other products from EVLNUTRITION. 5 STARS WOULD RECCOMEND.

Im a big fan of EVLtest so I wanted to try Z-Matrix. I now cycle between the two products and I feel that both improve my recovery and sleep but Z-Matrix just gives that little bit extra when it comes to sleep quality.
