    A Life-Changer.
If my house was on fire, I would grab my Bible and this book.I take walks and use my camera’s AI plant recognition systems to identify plants, then look up if they’re valuable in this book. When I find one that is, I take some cuttings (this book tells you what parts are useful. Sometimes it’s the flowers, the leaves, the roots, the bark, etc) and bottle it up when I get home. I have already used this book to create an herbal tea that helps to heal from UTI. It works excellent for me and my friend said the same when I share the tea with her. This book is life changing. When you realize that this earth came with exactly the things we need to heal ourselves, it is a freeing feeling to know you don’t rely on purchased medicine all the time.

This book is for EVERYONE, from beginners to seasoned herbalists.
For true, this book is more than I could ever have asked for. I’ll start with contents before build quality: There are a few herbs that I cannot find, but I am far from disappointed because they are rare and obscure and one cannot expect a single book to cover every herb known to mankind AND all of their alternative names AND what they treat, along with the various methods and vehicles to make the most of their medicinal properties. I have been practicing herbalism for over a decade, totally self taught and I have procured many resources that have contributed to my success rate in healing myself and others (all with the disclaimer that it’s only a “supplement”) and this book has not only shown me some brilliant redirections for the methods I already use, but have unlocked new methods of utilizing herbs altogether. The price of this book offline is almost double what it cost to buy in Amazon and it is the 2023 edition so it is recent enough to trust in terms of relevant information. As for the build: The book is a good size (I added a photo next to my 15” HP). The cover is extremely sturdy and high quality with that matte/gloss feel (I hope y’all know what I mean) and the pages are glossy and thick; definitely a book made to withstand a variety of environments, namely a kitchen (or laboratory lol) where liquids are prone to spilling and where it is most likely to be used the most frequently. It would be difficult for me to articulate just how absolutely thrilled I am to have this book and anyone who thinks they have herbalism down- pat needs to buy this book because I thought I was experienced and this herbal tome put me in my place. I’ve never been more thrilled to be humbled.

  6. Kevp453

Great information, just wish the book was slightly stronger to handle delivery
Love this book. I’ve started reading a tiny bit of info and love it. I am disappointed in the delivery with the fact the corners got messed up. It doesn’t change the value the book can bring to ones life but it change the overall quality of the physical book. If it wasn’t for the corners, it would be perfection. This book has so much knowledge in it. Loved it. The only downside to the knowledge is there is nothing for hypo or hyper thyroid which I feel like a lot of people suffer from. I love that it says that in certain circumstances modern medicine is where it’s at but that herbal medicine can have a huge benefit if used on a regular basis to keep the body running smoothly.
