Best weighted vest and no smell!!
I love this 8lb weighted vest, the size is perfect, not too large and it sits nicely on your body. I love the X design, it does not rub under your arms like other vests. Smooth and comfortable neoprene fabric. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest. Both straps are adjustable, anyone in your family can use, it is easy to get on and off. There is no smell to this vest. I previously purchased another vest and the smell was terrible even after leaving outside for a week, I had to return. Adds intensity to your workout, I highly recommend this vest.

Perfect vest
Love this vest for my brisk daily walks. Doesn’t encumber my arm movement, easy on and off. Love that it’s just a consistent weight and I don’t need to deal with adding/removing weights; 8# is perfect for my needs. My 30 y/o daughter also bought one. Nice vest, needs a few modifications
I recently purchased this vest for the third time in five years. It must be good because I keep coming back to it. I remember sort of complaining previously about the buckle straps not being adjustable enough for small women, and the straps not staying put during high-impact activity like jump roping. However, it appears the straps have more adjustability in the current generation of this vest. I’ve stayed at consistently 145 lb, and my newest vest will adjust for someone way smaller than me.As far as jump roping, I just have to make a couple of modifications: I have to tie the straps in knots right behind the buckle so they don’t loosen over time. I also make sure to either (a) wear a full shirt (not a tank top) so that the neoprene doesn’t chafe my skin while jump roping), or (b) place a small towel between my shoulders and the vest. And eventually the tiny metal beads will start to leak out, but that happens with every piece of neoprene weighted equipment (even with my weighted neoprene hand weights). When that happens, I already know to just go ahead and wrap that section in duct tape (and then put mole skin over that). I usually replace these vests after about 18 months. I’m sure they’ll last longer than that with my modifications, but I like to periodically donate used fitness equipment to my old boxing gym.My only real “complaint” about the vest is that eventually the material wears down a bit, and I get what looks like black dirt smeared all over my shirt and sports bra. I know eventually the neoprene is going to wear thin, so I just make sure to wear a dark shirt. Also, I can run my shirt under hot water after working out, and that gets it out.I would definitely recommend this vest for general fitness purposes. 8 lb is perfect for me because it gives me some resistance during my calisthenic exercises, but it’s also not uncomfortable to haul around.

And boy can you tell a woman designed this for another woman. Good build quality, fits so much nicer than others. Specifically designed for the female body. Assists in evenly distributing the weight across your body, the “X” design of this vests allows for joggers with larger chests to benefit as well, while others restrict the upper chest . Can utilize in Endurance cycling training while the vest stays securely attached to your body. The design of this vest allowed me to push past the wall I’d hit. I tried other vests and was frustrated. I’m 36 D so other vests left me fitting in the chest but huge in the waist. This vest is expensive but I can attest “ya get what you pay for “. Love it!

Quality vest would recommend this vest, great distribution of weight actually feels great to walk with easy access on sides and removal no odor and I sweat a lot ha ha walking and running great value I have really enjoyed this vest it is easy to remove or take off great conditioning tool!

Four to ten pound adjustable vest
I purchased the 4 to 10 pound adjustable vest. It seems to be well-made, however, when I put the removable weights in to make it weigh 10 pounds, it was extremely bulky. The places the removable weights go are around your back and stomach. Awkward to wear, awkward to walk with it. I sent it back.

Great weight vest for women!
Wanted a weight vest to up the intensity of my walks and help keep bone density. I started off with the minimum weight and half slowly added weight to get to the maximum weight of this vest. The fit is great because I have a larger chest and the X design doesn’t press up against your chest. I’ve been walking with it for quite a while and find it to be very durable and comfortable on the female body. I’ve had no issues with sand, leakage, or smell. Very happy with this purchase!

I absolutely love this weighted vest! I’d fallen out of the habit of walking, but after signing up for a charity challenge in August to walk 15,000 steps every day, I really got back into it and wanted to keep the momentum going — at least one good walk a day.I bought this vest to step things up a bit, add an extra calorie burn, and since it’s said to help protect bone density, I figured it was worth a try. I wear it on my 4.5-mile walk about four times a week. The first couple of times, I could really feel the added effort — in a good way! Now I wouldn’t head out for a longer walk without it.It’s extremely comfortable to wear, and although I’m starting to think I could handle a heavier one, this is perfect for now.

What a great product! I have tried several weighted vests and while I do find them useful when weight training I have never found one that I could use for walking, jogging, hiking or even around the house comfortably. I am a small woman, 5’1′ and 125lbs (muscular) and I can actually adjust this vest to go too small!!! I can walk, jog and hike comfortably with no crazy weighted bounce happening.With the combination of the intelligent design plus the weight being so evenly distributed, it just melds into your body with no feeling of actually carrying a foreign object on your person (no pressure on the shoulders or back) and if you adjust it correctly, no movement or “rug burn” on your waist lol.It doesn’t hang too low (just a little lower than the picture if you are a shorty like me, no worries about it bruising your hips) and it also doesn’t rub against the inner arms or armpits, i.e. it doesn’t have any of the issues that most of the other vests have, it is truly made for comfort…for me, this one sits on the body and functions like a dream.**I would love to see this same design made in a higher weight!**
