This is an important mineral for so many body functions and glycinate is the best form. I notice a difference in better sleep when I take it , which is every evening. Dr. Berg’s products are very good quality!

GREAT PRODUCT
Brought this for my mom to help with sleep and wow oh wow ! This works wonderful for her! She usually takes sleeping pills from regular generic brands and she tried melatonin but hated the dreams that came with it. So after a while of research we learned about magnesium glycinate and ever since she started taking it she said shes been sleeping so much better ! Definitely recommend

Once finding this brand, I will not go without Magnesium Glycinate. I’ve tried a few other cheaper brands from the big box pharmacies. Get better products and get better results.

IT WORKS!!!
It works too well. This is a great thing, but not if you suffer from ME/CFS. Please be aware that if you are in a PEM crash, this will intensify the severe fatigue and duration of your crash most likely. As long as I’m almost out of a crash or not in a crash, this product works great. Best thing I’ve tried to date but I try not to use it more than 3 or 4 nights consecutively as it almost feels like it puts me into a crash bc of the lethargy it causes if it builds up in the system (or so it seems). I used to take a cocktail of prescription drugs like Flexeril, Gabapentin and OTC Benadryl, Melatonin combo and even mixing these all together with no effect, so saying THIS WORKS so far consistently is a huge deal! Will continue taking and hope it continues to give me a great night’s sleep!

Dr Berg’s Vitamin D3 K2 and Magnesium Glycinate
I use this Magnesium Glycinate with Dr Berg’s Vitamin D3 and K2 usually a few hours before bedtime. I’ve also used it as needed earlier but only one time for that day. I have a sensitive tummy and his combo has never hurt my stomach. I have a small healthy snack or supper before taking these supplements. They help me with range of motion. It’s been about 9 months and I feel so much better. The Vitamin D3/ K2 has helped… about 50 points proven by blood work. I would recommend them both because of how much they helped me! Thank you Dr Berg!
