Seeing Results
started with .25mm then .50mm, and the most I can tolerate is 1mm due to pain. But every 10 to 14 days now for three months and I am seeing results, good improvements on my face, and I am just starting to see results on my hair. I read it takes a good 6 months before noticeable good results, so I’m not stopping, I am probably going to pull back to twice a month and keep going at least a year and then once per month after.

Micro-injuries for the skin win!
Weight loss “at my age” typically comes with loose skin, and skin at my age typically comes with wrinkles on top of that. I was recently recommended dermarolling to help with these problems and am already seeing great results. The skin does feel a little irritated afterwards, but that just means it’s working at producing more collagen and elastin. The irritation is gone by morning and my skin is already improving.
