The blocks are so awesome. I only gave 4 stars because the kneepads are not good for me. I tried with the straps and no straps and they do not help the pain at all so it’s probably my arthritic knees.

Theorems look great. I will use them next time I go to yoga class.The blocks will be easier to handle since there is room for the hand inside the makeup of the block.The pad looks very thick and comfortable to use during yoga.
