Phenomenal neck and back massager
Years ago, I had one of these arm sling neck massagers which was corded and loved it. Eventually, it died, and I never replaced it, as the cord was a bit restrictive. Imagine my excitement when I saw this cordless one! It was worth the wait to replace it, as this this has more support mechanisms and is so thoughtfully designed!First off, it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which makes it perfect for storing. In fact, I will keep this box for storage, as it’s so compact and easy to carry with the handle. After charging it in full, I’ve used it in a few different ways. You can focus on the full neck, where it actually stretches your neck nicely with the 4 arms, and you can also focus on the trapezius by putting it lower so the lower arms are on the traps. I’ve also moved it up and down my back, and it works quite well to work out knots in back.The overall design of the device is intuitive. I literally pressed the buttons and had a sense of what would happen before I checked the manual. Heat is adjustable, as is the speed. The only thing I might change is the ability to adjust the waist strap smaller. I’m an average-sized woman and even at the tightest, it’s still loose on me. I’ll play around with that more, but typically when I use it, I’m sitting against a chair, so it’s not a huge issue. If I wanted to walk around and have it be on my waist, I think it would fall off.The cover on the massage arms is removable and washable, which I love. I have some other comfier products, and they are all thoughtfully designed like that, where the points of contact with the body part can all be washed.Overall, I would venture to say this is the best-designed “arm-sling” massager on the market. It’s cordless, thoughtfully designed, and can be used beyond the neck. It’s perfect for yourself or as a gift!

Great massager, compact and strong!
Love this neck and shoulder massager! In fact I am using it right now as I write this review lol. I already had something similar but it had to be plugged in so I bought this one since it doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall which allows me to move around with it. Even on the lowest setting, this massager is really strong and the motor is very quiet. I love the added heat making the massage so relaxing. I’ve been using this every day after a long day of work and it’s been great at loosening the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Am planning to order another one as a gift for my sister.

It’s pretty good for the money. I love the effectiveness, and it does the job when humans aren’t available to massage my shoulder. It’s pretty easy to use.

Surprisingly Effective and Very Relaxing
I’ve really been enjoying this neck and shoulder massager. It does an excellent job at relieving tension, and I always feel noticeably more relaxed after using it. The design is comfortable, easy to position, and feels great after a long day at a desk or on my feet.The heat and kneading functions work together nicely, and the overall experience is soothing without being overwhelming. The straps make it simple to adjust where I want the pressure, and the massager fits naturally over my shoulders.There are a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience — it still delivers a satisfying, calming massage that I look forward to using.If you’re looking for an easy, at-home way to unwind and loosen up tight muscles, this is a great choice.

Great neck and shoulder relief
I’m dealing with some neck and shoulder stiffness due to long hours in front of computer. It’s not severe enough to pay a visit to therapist or doctor. But I was looking for some easy and at-home remedy until I saw this massager, which addresses both neck and shoulder.After a few days using it, I feel my stiffness and tension dropped noticeably. I especially like the shoulder nodes – it gets really deeper pressure when I pull the arm straps tighter. I usually take 10-15 minutes session when I feel my neck or shoulder is sore, and I feel the muscle getting looser.The battery life is solid – I have been able to get several sessions on a single charge. Not dealing with cords is a big plus, I can use it more often in different settings – not stuck to an outlet.The overall build quality and material used are top-notch. I have sensitive skin and I had other massagers that gave me irritation. But I had no issue with this one.If I had to suggest one improvement, I’d add a couple of extra nodes in the center area. Maybe I have a smaller neck, the U-shaped nodes fit around my neck, so the massage pressure is mostly on the side of the neck. I think a node or two placed on the back of the neck will make it more effective.For me, this massager is perfect – for my neck/shoulder stress and mild pain, its shiatsu deep-tissue massage delivers good relief at home, worth every penny.
