    Perfect!
    I have angioedema and despite many specialists, no one can figure out what might trigger it. I bought this to start journaling my food to see if I can find a pattern, also to keep on track with diet. I am very impressed with the layout, quality and little extras this journal has.

    Perfect
    I wanted to use this diary for a little bit before writing a review. Some people have commented that it is too small. For me, it’s perfect. I like that it’s compact. I feel like it’s more approachable and less intimidating, which has made me more compliant in tracking. I don’t track calories so I don’t have a need for the space on the right. I’ve started using that space for additional notes about my day. Importantly it has helped me spot trends regarding stress and headaches, and it has helped me be more intentional about my day.

    Great but needs more health
    Great tracker for your purse. I was looking for more health related tracking than this gives so i will be creating my own from a blank notebook.That said, if i don’t have the time to custom make in the future id definitely buy this again. Cover is thick, sturdy, and it’s a great snapshot of your daily life.If you need some place to start. Start here.

    It’s Not the Book, It’s Me
    First of all, love the colors available. Size is perfect, I can carry it in my bag. The book is very organized, for daily and monthly journal entries. While it’s only three months, that’s ok. I wouldn’t want it be be any thicker. The stickers are ok, not really something I would use. I like that it has three ribbon dividers. Spaces are large enough to make entries. The problem is me and committing to using it!!

    Thoughtful planning tool
    Clever Fox always has really thoughtful layouts when it comes to their planners. This one is health/fitness oriented. It is great for tracking food and workouts and comes with a quick start guide that walks you through the process of using it. It has a nice cover (the purple is vibrant and sturdy), and thick pages. From past experience (this is my third purchase from CF) I know that the pages are great to write on and do not bleed.Ultimately I found that this layout was not for me…I wanted something with a little more journal space so that I could track some mental health things. When I contacted the seller, they were really great and offered to replace this journal with the product of my choice. For my use the monthly/weekly will be more effective. That being said, it is still a great product and I would highly recommend.

    Dieses Buch bietet platz sich täglich zu wegen, vermessen und auf den Makronährstoff genau zu notieren was man den Tag über verzehrt hat.Insbesondere hier die Warnung an alle, die sich versuchen aus einer Essstörung durch Wellness und Sport zu befreien, bei diesem Produkt möchte ich ganz klar eine Trigger Warnung aussprechen.Nützlich kann es allerdings für Menschen sein die aufgrund von ernärungsbedingter Adipositas ihre Essgewohnheiten überprüfen möchten…obwohl dafür dann schon wieder fast zu wenig Platz pro Tag eingeplant ist.

    Love this diary. Quality is spot on hence the price. It is a bit more than a food diary as you can track habits and there’s space for your wellbeing, which I wanted. Also the pocket size is fab – means it’s so handy to pop in your bag, no excuses!
