    I’ve had this journal for 6 months. It’s the first time that I’ve consistently filled out a journal. I modify it and use it as a weekly journal instead of a daily. One of my favorite parts about the journal is that every week it has me focusing on self-care and making sure that I am prioritizing self-care. The questions that they ask vary from page to page. The journal doesn’t feel like a huge time sink, but instead just taking a moment to set your intentions and review what you have completed during the week. There are some blank pages in the back which are helpful for keeping task list or recipes. Whatever floats your boat. And I like the self-assessment at the beginning of the journal

    This journal helps me so much, it is perfect, all the features in the listing help a lot.Specially since I forget a lot of things and a lot of my days blur together, but this book helps! I loved the feel of the cover, the paper, the fact it has stickers!I hope that each journal color is different and has different prompts because it would help keep the self-care books SUPER entertaining!

    I love this journal so far. It has great questions and helps motivate me and reflect. My only suggestion is to make the font a little larger. The examples provided are so tiny I can barely read it. Other than that I am pleased so far and glad I purchased it.

    Better than I ever expected!
    I have never been interested in keeping a journal. After a family crisis i started seeing a therapist and she suggested it. I tried using a blank notebook and struggled with what to write so I looked for an alternative and found this journal. I like planning out my dat in the .morning and reflecting in the evening. The guided prompts and questions make it easy to fill out and I find I am reflecting a lot on my past and using it to help guide my day to day. It’s not always easy to carve out the time, but that made me realize how little time I gave to myself for my self care. It’s a foreign concept to put myself first but I am happier and feel more balanced.

    This thing is much better than I expected! It does ask some hard questions in the beginning/setup (what is your life’s mission/what do you want your life to look like). When you get into the monthly sections, it is really helpful to keep you on track and keep taking care of yourself. I especially like the shaded circle with all the different areas of your life to rate yourself on.

    La calidad del papel de este diario es muy buena, sobre todo si usas plumones o pluma fuente. Sin embargo, y reconozco que de mi error pues no me fijé, no sé porqué está limitado a solo 90 días. Lo compré pensando que sería mi herramienta para rastrear mis hábitos todo el año. No creo volver a comprarlo.

    Il est très beau, très riche. Il y a de la place pour écrire, les sujets sont pertinents. Ça me motive d’avoir un carnet comme celui ci. Il est prévu pour un suivi de 4 mois ce que je trouve très bien.
