    Useful for people who like using planners
    Knowing in advance that if you’re definitely someone who uses planners, this one helped me a ton. It gives me space to record my workout, energy, hydration and eating habits, plan out meals and grocery lists, and gives you personal review sections. I plan to buy again to maintain my at home physical therapy.

    Awesome!
    I really like this journal! First impression is that it’s high quality and well made. The cover is sturdy and attractive. The pages are thick clearly printed. It has multiple bookmark ribbons sewn in and has an elastic strap to hold it shut. There is a small file folder type holder in the back and it evens comes with fun, useful stickers. Inside it gets so much better. It holds 28 weeks of info with space for things like goals and progress tracking for those specific areas. Measurements, habit tracking, sleep time, meals, and of course lots of space for exercises. Everything is very detailed and comprehensive. There are monthly check-ins with helpful questions. Space for favorite recipes and even shopping lists. This is excellent for someone, like me, who really thrives on an organized visual approach to activities (new and old) that I want to be a part of my daily life. I’m very happy with everything about this journal. Love!

    Very detailed exercise book that can be used for long time
    I wish it was A5 size, It is a huge book. It allows you to keep a detailed log of everything you do. It has a sturdy cover. Very nice color. Very useful if you are adding some seriousness to your training, especially if you are newly starting and don’t have a routine set in your mind.Very advanced, great exercise logbook

    As someone who has been a professional personal trainer for 14 years, I’m actually excited about this journal! It’s very easy and straightforward and has all the prompts you need. It’s a lovely bound notebook and should last a long time…plus you can reference old workouts…I may even use this to keep track of client progress…definitely worth the investment and could be very helpful for your fitness journey!
