    Great Fitness tracker
    I love this book. It keeps me on track with my fitness goals and schedule and gives me a sense of accountability. It is a nice size and such a pretty blue color. It is durable and doesn’t bend easily which with how often I use it is surprising!

    Not a Hardcover
    I have been a long supporter of this brand and currently have 6 different journals in my possession. I assumed my most recent purchase, this Fitness journal, would be identical in quality/style to my previous purchases . The EOL planner, planner pro and others are true hardcover journals/logs . This fitness journal is NOT.. i can actually roll it into a semi circle (wtf!), which is not at all what was advertised. Very disappointed that the description was not accurate because i could have purchased a cheaper, folding notebook with another brand if that’s what i wanted. I spent the extra money here because i wanted the hardcover for longevity. I have no doubt this notebook is gonna fall apart after 3-4 months of daily usage.

    I LOVE this book! I love being organized and this book has made organizing my workouts 100 times better! I would try all these apps on my phone and even just write it in the notes app and I hated how it looked or how complicated it was but this book saved me. It’s so organized and detailed and it looks pretty! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to track their fitness progress!
