How To Use
Before first use, please ensure device has been charged for a full 24 hours.
Step 1: Apply cleanser directly to skin or to the Clarisonic brush head.
Step 2: Wet the brush head and cleanser.
Step 3: Place brush to forehead and turn on.
Step 4: Select desired speed.
Step 5: Follow T-timer prompts while gently moving the brush in small circular motions
User Tip! Pressing the brush into the skin with too much pressure may impede the motion and reduce effectiveness.

Defective product
Purchased Feb 27, 2025. Took 2 days for initial charge. Worked okay for about 10 uses. Then dead. Recharged for 2 more days. Would not turn on at first, held down power button for several seconds. When it finally turned on, it would not turn off. Now it will not charge, dead. Too late to return. I owned an original Clarisonic for 10 years, this is defective and you should now waste your money. Very disappointed.

This product is defective and failed in 45 days.
I am changing my evaluation of this product to zero stars. After 45 days of use the product has failed. The specific problem was the product would not recharge. In speaking with Amazon Customer Service, the Amazon representative acknowledged that other customers have experienced the same problem but he indicated that Amazon does not have a separate policy for defective products that fail beyond the 30-day warranty. This admission demonstrates that Amazon knowingly shipped a defective product and continues to offer this product.

Unreliable Product—Stopped Working Twice
This is the second time I’ve purchased this product, and once again, it stopped working after just a few weeks. I initially assumed the first one was a fluke, but clearly the issues haven’t been resolved. This product shouldn’t be on the market until the reliability problems are fixed. I had the original version years ago and loved it, but the newer models are a huge disappointment. I’ve now tried twice to get a functioning replacement, and neither held up. On top of that, it’s not returnable. The brushes are not soft enough, and $100 is way too much for something like this.

Best tool I’ve purchased for skincare.
I’m so glad I made the jump in purchasing my Clarisonic! I am recently postpartum and have experienced somewhat dramatic changes in my skin texture and hyperpigmentation that was hard to accept. I remember my mother using a Clarisonic when growing up and that it worked well, so I decided to order one for myself to see if it would help and it definitely does. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and my skin has felt much smoother and looks better in photos and the mirror. I feel that it’s actually removing dead skin, and that’s allowing my moisturizers to work better than they had been. I haven’t charged it in over 2 weeks and it still works great. I love the timed function that pulses when it’s time to move from one section of my face to the next. The brush head is a little difficult to put on like other reviews have mentioned, to the point that I was scared to break it, but I got it on after a few minutes of toying with it. My mother still uses hers as it has lasted this long, so I’m hoping for the same lifespan out of mine. A cheaper brush just can’t replace the quality of exfoliating in my opinion. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat based on my experience.

Don’t get taken!
Red alert! This is a very poor product. I bought one from my dermatologist a few years ago and it worked fine for 3-4 yrs. I ordered this one from Amazon. I charged it for 24 hrs and it worked fine until it ran out of power. I recharged the device and it worked for about 1min. Since then it will not recharge & keeps blinking. Re read directions checked video again tried different solutions & nothing worked. The device won’t work! It just sits on the sink counter blinking away! I would never buy one again.

Do not buy – NOT made to last!
My son purchased this for me as a Mother’s Day gift in 2025. It completely stopped working in early October, effectively lasting only 5 months. The first Clarisonic I ever owned lasted longer than 5 years, and possibly closer to 10 years! Not sure what went wrong with this one, but I’m extremely disappointed as it doesn’t seem there is anything I can do to replace it (through Amazon). Clarisonic went out of business but I thought Amazon would back their purchases better 🙁

Love my Clarisonic
Great little facial cleaner. Long Batterylife. Hassan extra head and more can be purchased as needed. Deep cleans, gently and well. Helps keep my skin fresh and soft; I have an older face (75). Some face cleaners are cheaper, but the Clarisonic Mia 2 is an excellent prudent and well worth the cost.

They’re milking the brand name. It isn’t the same product anymore.
All the negative reviews are true. Don’t buy it. It’s a waste of money.If you’ve owned a Clarisonic before, you need to understand that this is no longer the product that you formerly bought. They are now being produced with defective switches. It turns on randomly at night and runs continuously until the battery dies, turns off randomly when you’re using it. You can press the button a dozen times to no effect, and then the next press it suddenly it works. Then suddenly it doesn’t.Since the return window already closed I opened it up to troubleshoot. Faulty switch. There ought to be a legal process in the patent office to strip them of their patent so that a responsible manufacturer can bring the formerly brilliant product back to life.
