good quality. I use for my hot yoga class (room temp is set to 100 degrees Fahrenheit) just sitting in the room will make you sweat, these towels absorbe really well and keep me from sliding off my yoga mat. The material is super light and soft perfect to dry off with after a gym shower. Folds really thin and doesn’t it take up a lot of room in your bag.

Do not recommend for hot yoga
Terrible for hot yoga! I had little pieces of the towel stuck all over my body by the end of class. Not only was it very disappointing, it was quite embarrassing having black dots all over me.
