Stiff neck
Love the neck massager, helped to release tension and pain in my neck! I now use it on a regular basis and have not had any stiff neck or pain going forward. Worth the money!

Great neck massager
Great device. It is very easy to set up. Initial charge took some hours but since then it is always charged (I leave it on charger.) Quite “real” feeling – the massage feels like hands pinching! I liked the way I could change how deep the massage goes, mostly by lightening up on the straps and holding it with less pressure against my neck. I also liked the heat feature. I saw other rvws that mentioned it did not fit their neck but I thought it fit perfectly. (make sure you aren’t using it upside down! Bob & Brad Logo should be right side up) My husband and young adult son also used it & had no issue with size. All of us really liked it & for sure will use it regularly.

This unit is of decent build quality. I just find it tricky to use and of limited use. It gets the sides of your neck pretty good, but may not be tight enough for lender necks. My neck is average for a guy and I wish it itgravmbbed a bit more.It Aldo dkest Co much for the center if the neck, when I need to get the muscles at T the very base of my skull, in the center.Moving it down, trying to get my shoulders, it kinda works, but doesn’t reach far enough to get my worst knots, which is around the too of my scapula, tough near my actual shoulders.Trubg to move it down to your back like Bob and Brad show their previous product in a video on YouTube is very difficult because the device doesn’t stay put. The only way I’ve been able to do it is start on my lower back and try to move it up my back instead of from my neck down, and I have to be sitting on a couch or something to help guide it up. It does kind of work but it’s a difficult to use.I will try and see if this works on my mom because she has a bit different neck and shoulder pain than I do. If it works, great! If not I’ll probably return it cuz or else it’s just going to sit in a drawer.

Love that it’s rechargeable.It can be a little awkward to get it into the optimal position but not bad.The lower setting is surprisingly strong, a bit too much so for me but it definitely feels like hands on me. And it gives a strong shoulder and neck massage. And my hsa account did reimburse me for it!

Just received this in the mail today and pulling it out of the box you can already tell it’s a nicely made product. The leather feels really soft and the stitching quality seems great around the massager and the handles. I really like the additional strap that you put on around your back so that you don’t need to constantly hold the massager onto your neck. It does a really good job hitting that pinch spot between my neck and my traps and having buttons to add/change the heat and intensity are nice additional features to have. This massager is a MUST if you have a job where you sit a lot! It’s not overly noisy or makes any annoying sounds either so I don’t think your spouse or coworkers would be bothered if you were using it around them. Great Customer Service
I ordered this because I have their back massager which I like. Unfortuneately the neck massager is too strong for my petite frame. It would probably work well for a larger person but I could not find a comfortable placement. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and offered to have me speak with their design technicians to help me with correct and more comfortable positioning for the neck massager. I had already given the massager to a friend who loves it. I’m changing my stars from 3 to 5 because of their great customer service plusmy friend says it works wonders for her.

Love it! This massager feels premium without feeling complicated or heavy. Sie verstärkt die Massagewirkung spürbar und sorgt für zusätzliche Entspannung. Die Wärmefunktion ist auch ausstellbar was es an warmen Tagen angenehm macht. Das Gerät ist kabellos und überraschend leicht, was es sehr flexibel und bequem macht. Benutze es auch im Büro.Die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Bedienung ist einfach, und durch die verstellbaren Riemen sitzt das Gerät gut und verrutscht nicht. Ideal als Geschenk – oder einfach zum Selbstverwöhnen.Fazit: Wer regelmäßig unter Nackenverspannungen leidet, sollte dieses Gerät definitiv ausprobieren.
