Finally! A Back/Posture Support That Actually Works
I’ve purchased several back/posture supporters & have been very disappointed until I purchased this one. I was surprised to see all the directions for using it & have followed them. So far it has worked great. I feel the difference in my back & shoulders & would highly recommend this product. The ease of adjusting it to my needs & having the wide shoulder straps makes it very comfortable to wear, either under or over clothing.

Performs great, pinches a little under the arm for heavy chests
This shoulder harness has helped me work on not curling my left shoulder forward. It’s passive and pretty easy to use. There are little plastic bones at the top of the shoulder to help it not bunch up, but I found that if you have a large chest, the arm holes will still bunch up after a while under the arm, which has limited my use. Loosening the tightness of the secondary harness Velcro can help a little, but the problem remains. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this product, especially for anyone who isn’t heavy chested.

Anyone with slouching? I got this try it out instead of cheaper one and it has held me up quicker and better I do breathe tiny bit hard with it on but not uncomfortable yes wear it under shirts I recommend have tank top on them wear it underneath, I’ve work it half a day pretty good

This posture corrector is so incredibly comfortable! The moment I put it on, I involuntarily gave a sigh of relief and I felt my shoulders relax. I have no idea why. I’ve tried other posture correctors, and never had that response.It’s very comfortable and stretchy and soft, but still gently pulls my shoulders back. I have hypermobility, and my shoulders naturally roll forward, and I’ve been trying to correct this but I keep forgetting to pull my shoulders back, so I’ve been trying to find a posture corrector that will work for me. Other ones that I have tried have dug into my shoulders at the front, and we’re very uncomfortable, so I ended up not wearing them. This one doesn’t dig in at all, and if the instructions didn’t go out of their way to specify that this should not be worn for more than 2 hours a day, I would definitely wear it all day.Since this device is soft and stretchy, it’s not going to FORCE your shoulders back, if you really wanted to you could still have your shoulders forward – I think it’s meant to GENTLY coax your shoulders back over time, and help stretch the tight muscles that are pulling your shoulders forward.

It does a good job of holding your posture when you’re wearing it, but that posture doesn’t stay when you’re not wearing it. It’s well-made and easy to wear. The greatest benefit is that it temporarily helps alleviate shoulder and neck strain if you tend to slouch a lot.

This brace works ok but it does take getting use to because it does give good tension to your back. I helps to keep you at a the right posture. Instructions do tell you to slowly increase the time with it on. I did find this is quite small. It worked well for me because I am smaller build but my son who is just a normal size teen we had very little velco left after releasing the tension to fit around him. He is not large so don’t think this would work for a bigger person.

I had no previous experience with posture correctors. I did have years of experience with slouching though.I put the posture corrector on the same way I would put on a jacket-simple. It wasn’t bulky and was completely hidden under my clothes; a t-shirt was enough to cover it completely.I liked how it made me do the work. What I mean is, it correctly positioned my body but I had to actively engage my muscles to maintain the position. It took two weeks before I got to the point where I did not have to remind myself to stand up straight because my muscles automatically went there.Having better posture felt good physically and I felt more confident and assertive.

First of all I will say this came out of the package with a very strong scent — plasticky, kind of? But after airing it out and washing it it seems to be okay.The product itself isn’t the most comfortable thing to wear, but I don’t think any posture corrector would be. I’ve used this while working at the computer and my posture does seem to benefit. The key is consistency!
