It is helpful.
I’m really impressed with how versatile it is. The 360° hand-crank design gives my forearms a solid burn, and I can feel it working my shoulders and chest as well. It’s compact, easy to use at home, and surprisingly sturdy for the price. Definitely a great piece of equipment if you want to add some variety to your arm and upper-body workouts without taking up much space.

Size needs to be bigger
I do think this product works to strengthen the whole arm. I hope they can make a bigger one. For bigger hands my knuckles press against the plastic it very comfortable. They need to make one bigger to fi bigger hands.

Very cool
My first thought was “Wax on, Wax Off” when trying to use this. It is crazy how uncoordinated my left arm is compared to my right. Something I clearly need to work on. This definetly uses all the muscles in your arm and lats and is a great addition to my workouts. Added Bonus it’s pretty fun to use!
