Pilates ring – great versatility in workout
I take Pilates instruction in Oklahoma City locally and we use the ring in our workouts in class. I wanted to have a ring at home to do my own exercises. It is very good for therapeutic work too. You will need a video of some sort to show you the different exercises if you are not familiar with them from class or private lessons. There are few different rings and prices. The lesser expensive ones seem to be a little more lightweight and I recommend one like this. It is more inline with what the instructors use.

Guess you get what you pay for. This ring is not great quality. The rubber does not go all the way around to the handles, and it’s a little flimsy.

I’ve bought several fitness circles on Amazon.com. I choose the one that has the best price. It’s nothing fancy, doesn’t have “Stott” branded on it but it works just fine.

Very happy w/ this ring. It has the right amount of flexibility and is much easier to manipulate than the metal rings that cost much more. Great choice and a great price.
