My monitor is displaying “E1, E2, E3, E, EE, E9, E10” or pairing failed. What should I do?
E1, E2, E3 & E: Enter Self Check Mode, reapply cuff and measure again
EE, E9 & E10: Remove the batteries, press the START/STOP button, re-insert batteries and try pairing again.
How do I select a different user?
While the monitor is off, press User icon until you locate your correct user 1,2,3,or 4.
Why is my blood pressure measurement is higher than what is measured at the clinic or doctor’s office?
Please reference the Tips for Taking Pressure.
Nothing is appearing on the display, even when the power is turned on. What should I do?
For AC Adapter: Check for damage. If damaged, contact the manufacturer.
For Batteries: Ensure proper placement. If issues persist, replace the 4 AA batteries (not included). Still having trouble? Contact the manufacturer for help.

Ordered This Medical Precision Check Pro Blood Pressure Monitor – Bluetooth – UA-910BLE – Up to 4 Users – iOS & Android Compatible for myself & wife to monitor our vital signs right in our own home. During this past year my medical advisors have had me stop by often at the medical office to do some blood work and check my vital signs as my blood pressure has been up a bit. Now in my senior years it’s more concerning and know I need to keep tabs on my vital signs. My medical advisor mentioned it would be good if I had a good blood pressure, vital sign machine at home to keep a close check on it. Recently while shopping online for some medical supplies and searching for a home use type blood pressure machine, I saw this medical pro blood pressure monitor machine that is designed for home use and started reading about how it operates. While reading about what all it monitors and that it can actually work with Bluetooth system, and keeps track of vitals for up to (4) people, and comes with AC cord/plug and can also use batteries, I knew this was for me and placed my order. Right out of the box I knew this was a better grade blood pressure monitor. It has a nice digital read out. It came with a long 120v plug w/long cord. It can also be used with just batteries as well. This is more of a modern designed unit as it will store and keep up to (4) peoples vitals for months to keep track. It’s also designed to use Bluetooth and can set it up on the free app on my Android phone.It came with (2) separate manuals to clearly explain how to set it up and use it for best results on my vitals.It also came with a very nice storage case W/handle and zip closure w/metal finger hook to easily open or close.I like that it is capable of storing up to 120 measurements “per user” and that’s just the monitor itself. There’s unlimited storage when using the free app. It’s easy to cuff my arm and easy to operate with just the touch of the button and is fully automatic, it will do the rest and give all my results. It easily earns a (5) star rating in my opinion

Very high quality monitor
Excellent blood pressure monitor. The app is really nice with a ton of functionality. It will connect right to the device and track your pressure over time. There are also other devices in the family that can be tracked with the same app. Very nice if you are using them as well.The monitor itself is very well made. The cuff is designed very well in that it is made with a C shaped spring like device that grabs your arm. Once that is in the place where you want it, you can wrap the rest of the cuff around it. I really like that feature and the fact that I no longer have to fumble around with the cuff getting it right. This method is so much easier.Then it has a feature that takes three consecutive readings in a row to make sure it is getting accurate readings. While this takes a little longer to accomplish, I do like it.Overall, I would call this a very high end blood pressure monitor with more features to discover than I would have though possible. It will take me a while to realize the total functionality of it.

This is a well made blood pressure monitor. Comes with ac/dc adapter so you can choose between battery power or electrical. I did have a little trouble putting the cuff on by myself the first few times, but it has gotten better with each subsequent use. Key features are listed in the second picture.Following simple instructions you can download the app to your smartphone, making it easy to show your medical professional.This monitor also let’s you know if you are experiencing an irregular heartbeat.Very good value

Very nice BP machine, easy to set up and connect to Bluetooth after I downloaded the app. Display readings are big and bright. I really like how they made the cuff, it has a plastic piece adhered to it that makes it easier to tighten around your arm with very simple instructions on how to put it on. Comes with a wall plug or battery operation. I’m on BP medicine so the app will make it very easy to keep up with my readings for the Dr. Comes with a nice storage case. I highly recommend this unit.
