The original spindle bearings in our big name brand mower didn’t hold up very well. Even worse, all the attaching bolts sheared off when we tried to remove them to press the bearings out, making the old spindle housings useless. Threw away the steel mounting bolts that came with these and used stainless steel 5/16 x 1.25in bolts with anti-seize compound, so should be able to remove without damage if need be in the future. These new spindles look and fit exactly like the oem ones. The housing is thick cast aluminium. Time will tell if the bearings hold up, but they can’t be any worse than the originals. Nice and smooth now. Didn’t know how noisy the old ones were till these new ones were in service. What a difference.

Looks good, and exact fit. Although the supplied bolts were 1/2” longer than originals. I just cut them off.
