Hold Tight!
Holds up to swimming and sweet with no problem. Would recommend using cooking oil to remove it. I will say that I used some type of 2nd skin before putting it on to help hold because I have an allergy to the adhesive of the CGM.

Functional, But Not a Keeper
These adhesive patches for the Dexcom G7 come in colors I don’t care for, but I needed something to secure my device better than the manufacturer’s patch. These patches adhere more effectively than the original, holding the G7 in place for its full 10-day lifespan, although after a few days of activity and showering, the edges begin to peel. Removal is straightforward, though I’ve noticed slight skin irritation where I pull off the patch, likely from the removal process rather than the adhesive itself. While functional, I find the patches overrated and wouldn’t purchase them again.
