Great For Beginners; No Instructions…
These ropeless battle ropes can be used in small spaces. They travel well. They are easy to use. They come with a pair of gloves; but, no instruction manual with exercises. You need to do an online search to find a variety of exercises that can be done with these ropeless battle ropes. They are durable. These ropeless battle ropes consist of a rubber handle on one end, a spring and a rubber cap on the other end. There is absolutely no way to adjust the tension on these ropeless battle ropes. What you see is what you get. These are great for beginners; but, they may not be much of a challenge for a fitness enthusiast.

Kind of a Waste
Meh. I felt like I was holding two water bottles for the amount of resistance this gave. I have like.. zero muscle tone in my arms. I don’t work out and I’ve used battle ropes once just to see what all the fuss is about. These things don’t compare and it felt more like a body weight exercise (“how long before I get tired of flapping my arms up and down?”) than anything else.

I received the 2-piece ropeless battle ropes in black. It comes with a set of non-slip gloves, and the ropes themselves have a grip on the hands, so there will be no slipping. They are travel size and lightweight- which is my favorite feature. I used it for exercising in my room, and it performed great and without noise. I especially like how they give me a full-body workout even in my small space. The quality feels good, they are well constructed and very durable. Overall, I’d say this would be a great addition to anyone’s exercise equipment collection, and at a great price point.

Good not very heavy, but definitely awkward. It functions as a rope but not really the quality seems low grade, but the size is easy to store
