It works for me.
So far I really like this product. I take it an hour before I plan to go to bed. After 45 minutes or so, I’m feeling relaxed and sleepy. It helps me sleep through the night. No other sleep aid or supplement has been able to help me before this one. I do have to make sure that I get a full 7-8 hours of sleep when taking it. If I don’t, it makes getting up even harder than normal.

I have been using this for about 2 years. I take one capsule and a magtein nightly. It consistently helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I had previously used melatonin but did not get as good of results.

Good natural ingredients that actually work
This is one of the few supplements that actually really works. Both me and my husband use it and we fall asleep within few minutes. It is also non drowsy. You wake up rested. I already purchased 4 containers in the past and keep using it.

Kind of works, kind of doesn’t.
This did put me to sleep, but not for very long. I wouldn’t get a full nights sleep and it also gave me the strangest dreams. I would wake up in the middle of the night and could go back to sleep. So, it works for going to sleep, but not staying asleep. Also, they wouldn’t give me refund.
